We at MBC want our kids to learn the Gospel Truth through worship and teaching tailored specifically to kids. We have Children’s Church offered at 10 AM for preschool through 5th grade. After church, we encourage children to attend Children’s Small Groups. We also have a church bus program where we are able to pick up kids who need a ride.
Our church hosts several children’s fellowship events throughout the year. Each June our church conducts Vacation Bible School for children in our church as well as children in the community. They participate in Bible study, music, crafts, recreation, mission study, and snacks. We also have Student Life Kids Camp offered every summer where the kids grades 3rd-5th get to experience Christ in an exciting way away from their normal Sunday morning and Wednesday night. We have other smaller events throughout the year like Christmas Village where the kids are able to come and be a part of a festive time and learn about Jesus and enjoy exciting Christmas traditions.
The Children’s Ministry strives to provide a loving and safe environment for all of our children. It is our desire to see that our children are taught God’s Word and that they learn to hide God’s Word in their hearts. Our ultimate goal is to present the love of Jesus in such a way that each of our children eventually comes to know Him as their personal Lord and Savior.
